Custom Orders

This order form is for SPECIAL REQUESTS/CUSTOM ORDERS. This is for anything that we will need to bake specifically for your event and not macarons already made daily in our store. If you clicked on this by accident and would like to order from our bow market location, please go here.

We accept custom orders on a first come first serve basis and generally require a minimum of two weeks notice, if not longer. Price varies depending on quantity, design, etc. To inquire about our availability regarding your custom order, please use the form below.

If we are able to accept your custom order, all payments are due upfront. Orders are not confirmed until payment is made. For weddings, we require a nonrefundable deposit that may be applied to your final balance.

If we can accommodate hand delivery, which is available on a very limited basis, the delivery charge begins at $50+.

If a custom order is placed and accepted less than two weeks prior to order due date, a minimum $25 rush fee applies.

**Please note for any pick up orders, you must pick up during store hours. It does not matter what time you pick up your order unless we specifically tell you a time. Pick up hours are Mon 12-4, Weds/Thurs 12-6, Fri/Sat 12-7, Sun 12-5. Hours are subject to change without notice. Directions are located at macaboston.com/directions

FOR PICK UPS: This is the date you would like to pick up in store at Bow Market. Please be aware that all pick ups should take place during store hours 12-5 Weds-Sun unless otherwise stated or requested. We will not stay late for you without notice. FAILURE to contact us in case you are late or fail to pick up your order will result in a $10 charge. FOR SHIPPING: This is the latest shipping date you can receive your order. We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates, however we make every attempt to achieve that date. Full shipping policy is located at macaboston/com/shipping. FOR HAND DELIVERY: This is the date you would like your macarons delivered. Please include timeframe in the next section as well as any delivery instructions. **Your order will be subject to a RUSH fee if requesting less than two weeks from pick up date.**

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS HAVE A MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 12 PER DESIGN AND 12 PER FLAVOR. For Character macarons it MUST be a minimum of 12 per design and flavor. Ex: we cannot make just 3 harry potters and 3 hello kitty. It must be 12 per design and flavor.

DESIGN/COLOR ELEMENTS (MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 12 MACARONS PER DESIGN).

Please describe or include an image link for any design or color scheme that will be helpful for us to understand your vision. This includes character macarons. If you'd like a logo or picture printed, please ensure that it is a high resolution photo add it to the file upload section below. Please restrict to one design per dozen. Disclaimer: The photos are used as a guide and does not guarantee that the resulting macaron(s) will look exactly like your vision picture. Please also note that unless we were the original creators, it will not be 100% the same because we did not create the design.

Our quotes are for those orders paid via venmo. Please note any payments via credit card has a 4% service fee applied.
